DAS – the Debt Arrangement Scheme explained

The TC Debt Solutions team were delighted to welcome guests to their first Business Development Programme event of the year at Cluny Clays outside Kirkcaldy on Wednesday 22nd January.

Head of Insolvency, Partner Richard Gardiner introduced Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) specialist Ian Brown who outlined the recent changes to legislation surrounding DAS for both individuals and businesses. The scheme it is the only statutory debt management plan in the UK and has been of real benefit to thousands of people since it was launched. Find out a little bit more about DAS here.
