We are accredited to the prestigious Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS). It is the only voluntary accreditation to be developed in partnership with HMRC and is designed to identify risks to a business arising from skills gaps or inadequate processes. We are amongst only a handful of independent accountancy practices to have completed this rigorous assessment and we believe the PAS accreditation provides clients with the reassurance that we will deliver an industry-leading responsive, accurate payroll service of the highest quality.
We cover all parts of the payroll process, acting on your behalf and running your PAYE scheme entirely from our own offices, whether it’s generation of payslips, pay calculations, deductions, or management of auto-enrolment workplace pensions. As a BACS-approved bureau, we can also manage payments to staff and HMRC on your behalf. Should queries arise we’ll answer them for you and resolve any issues.
Payroll has become more and more complicated as the Government increasingly uses PAYE to administer taxes and benefits. You might have to deduct student loan repayments, for example, or child maintenance. Maternity pay, paternity pay and statutory sick pay also need to be dealt with through the payslip. Working patterns have changed too, with more staff on part-time hours, or working multiple jobs with complex contracts.
