We will be hosting our first client event of 2023 at Hollywood Bowl, Dunfermline on Thursday 4 May 2023 in aid of Marie Curie.

The Thomson Cooper team recently chose their favourite organisation from a selection of charitable causes. Marie Curie attracted the highest number of nominations to become our official Thomson Cooper ‘Charity of the Year 2023’.

Marie Curie provide care and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families and last year they cared for over 40,000 people across the UK.

The ‘Battle of the Balls’ ten pin bowling fundraising evening will see teams complete for the ‘Best Team’ and ‘Best Individual’ titles providing the lucky winners with bragging rights throughout the Kingdom. Our guests will also have the chance to win some awesome prizes in the raffle, with items donated by many generous businesses within our client and networking circles.

Charlotte Gilbert, Community Fundraiser at Marie Curie UK, commented, “Marie Curie are delighted to be Thomson Cooper’s Charity of the Year. We are truly grateful to them for choosing to support our Marie Curie nurses. We are looking forward to an entertaining fundraiser!”.
