Flexible Workforce Development Fund

The Scottish Government’s Flexible Workforce Development Fund, now entering its sixth year, has re-opened with grants of up to £15,000 on offer to SMEs to help retrain and upskill their workforce.

The fund aims to provide workers in organisations of all sizes with access to training courses through local colleges, the Open University in Scotland and Skills Development Scotland.
