Financial Planning Administration Team Leader

We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Financial Services team on a full-time basis. Working with a small administration team, you will be an integral part of a team which is committed to providing a first-class service for our diverse range of clients.

The work will include:

  • Creating and developing administration procedures
  • Working with the Wealth team to ensure all procedures and processes are followed
  • Monitoring workflow and workload
  • Training and acting as mentor for new members of staff
  • Developing the use of financial planning tools such as Intelliflo
  • Diary management for consultants
  • Supervision of the administration team

Our ideal candidate will have the following key skills and experience:

  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Able to demonstrate confidence with key financial calculations
  • Good customer service skills, particularly by telephone
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of financial planning platforms
