'Super Teams' Summer Seminar

17th May 2018

We are delighted to announce that Alice Beveridge, Director at Tree of Knowledge (TOK), will be delivering our Summer Seminar this year exploring the secrets and science of Super Teams. Alice is a specialist in Applied Positive Psychology and has helped hundreds of delegates to understand what makes high performing teams ‘click’.

Drawing on extensive research from some of the world’s most successful teams (All Blacks, Pixar, the SAS!), Alice will examine the impact of ambition, focus and expectations on team synergy and long-lasting success.

This will be an engaging session where Alice will illustrate the importance of recognising personal strengths to allow individuals to flourish.  She will highlight what it takes to achieve collective goals and how to create the “social glue” that binds teams together.

Alice joined TOK in 2010 and is passionate about challenging the way people think about the boundaries they create for themselves. “Watching delegates define what makes a high performing team and then rate themselves based on their own criteria is eye-opening. Then through a range of seemingly random challenges they get to uncover how good they really are and recognise how awesome they have the potential to be!”

Alice was recently awarded the 2018 Women of Inspiration Award by the Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB), such is her reputation to motivate audiences with principles that can be applied to both personal and business life. This is sure to be a popular event and we would recommend that you book early as spaces are limited. Book online at using the links below or call Lynn Wardlaw on 01383 628800.
